Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm. Friday, 8am – 12pm.. We will notify you when an order is ready for pickup. In some cases, this will require us to bring the items in from other locations; in which case we will contact you with an estimated lead time.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on equipment orders, & certain promotional purchases that typically exceed a proscribed dollar amount..
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:
Standard Ground Second Day Overnight
Under $100 $15.00 $40.00 $85.00
Under $500 $40.00 $85.00 $180.00
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Once your order is packaged and shipped, we will send you a notification providing you with tracking details and a final invoice. Return policies will differ from vendor to vendor and certain products may take longer to manufacture or prepare depending on availability and labor.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Some items require LTL, liftgate, or other special equipment.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
